Things to keep in mind when mailing a resume or work history resume:

Are the designated files organized together?

Is the document the designated size?

When sending files, include a handwritten cover letter. Cover letter sample below↓

Compile in order the cover letter, resume, and work history resume.

Send documents in A4 or B5-sized envelopes, making sure they don't come in contact with the lines.

Make sure there are no errors in the company address or name. Address sample below↓

Write your name, address and date of sending on the back. (Sample below)↓

Place the stamp on the left corner. Be careful to pay the correct amount for mailing; dropping it off at the post office service window is also acceptable.
