Things to keep in mind when mailing a resume or work history resume:
Are the designated files organized together?
Is the document the designated size?
When sending files, include a handwritten cover letter.
Cover letter sample below↓
Compile in order the cover letter, resume, and work history resume.
Send documents in A4 or B5-sized envelopes, making sure they don't come in contact with the lines.
Make sure there are no errors in the company address or name.
Address sample below↓
Write your name, address and date of sending on the back.
(Sample below)↓
Place the stamp on the left corner. Be careful to pay the correct amount for mailing; dropping it off at the post office service window is also acceptable.
